Expands services to include CX consulting solutions to address the rapidly growing need for transformational customer experience

SAN MATEO, CA, December 28, 2022 — Bridgepointe Technologies (“Bridgepointe” or the “Company”), a tech advisory firm that helps mid-market and enterprise companies bridge the gap between tech investments and business results, today announced that it has acquired PPT Solutions.

PPT Solutions is the premier provider of client-centric, performance-based Customer Experience (CX) and Contact Center Consulting Solutions. The addition of PPT Solutions is an opportunity for Bridgepointe to expand its technology advisory services and provide clients with a wide range of CX-related services including CX/contact center consulting, Contact Center Technologies, BPO (Business Process/ People Outsourcing), AI/RPA (Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation), and Managed Services.
